The work is in three shifts.
Fixed shifts, no rotation.
The working hours sound normal.
Cons
They often send interview invitations.
But when you call to ask about the interview time, they know nothing about it.
They say they will confirm the result, but then there is no follow-up.
Not long afterward, they send another interview invitation.
And the same thing happens again.
