I already knew before the interview that this was a company with many problems. There, I learned that chatting was more important than work, the salary was also extremely low, and the software produced was terrible. The R&D department never reflected on its problems, and young managers would even make things difficult for new employees. It was truly boring. The company is always hiring, while offering increasingly lower salaries.

There isn't a single programming job in Zhongshan District, Taipei City with a salary above 35,000—can you believe it?
Anyway, most of the job openings are "assistant" or "trainee" positions.
This can lower the salary, but in reality, the things you do are exactly what someone in the position above should be doing.
