HR insists that job applicants fill out a personality assessment, saying the boss will see it.
If you don't fill it out, they'll send you away. Great job.
The conditions state that 14 months are guaranteed (not sure if this is true).
The interview lasted two hours, and on top of being stood up by the direct supervisor that day, I interviewed with four people in total, taking more than two hours.
After the interview, HR said that they would notify me whether or not I was accepted. After waiting for more than a week, I discovered that the position had been closed, but I was not notified. I feel that this was extremely disrespectful to job applicants!
