They kept asking you all kinds of questions: What kind of person are you? How do you get along with others? How would other people describe you? What is the thing you are most proud of having done? Even publicly listed companies do not ask this many questions, and the company itself did not introduce anything. The key point is that even after you answered, they kept going around in circles and repeatedly asking for the answer they wanted. I said I really didn’t know anymore, but they still kept asking. A very problematic interviewer; even if they offered me 100,000, I still wouldn’t want to go.

The interviewer asked why I left my previous company. I answered that it was because I had been working overtime for too long. They kept asking whether the overtime was my own problem. I said that at first it might have been because I wasn’t familiar with the work, but then they said, “How could you possibly have worked that late?” They kept asking the same question repeatedly, so I said it was because the workload was very heavy. They then said that no matter how heavy the workload was, it was impossible. In short, they kept going around in circles and repeatedly asking the same questions.

Made the interviewee wait for a very long time; extremely poor sense of time!

The position is always open. The interviewer was half an hour late for the scheduled interview, leaving the interviewee waiting idly. After asking about relevant experience, the interviewer bluntly snapped, “The company isn’t here to teach you things! It’s here for you to contribute your expertise!” Excuse me—when the job industry is different, you inevitably have to learn, right? What are you snapping at me for?!
They are always hiring for every position. The company takes having no systems to perfection, the boss’s mental state is questionable, and they scream at people whenever they talk to them. You have to sign a slave contract when you join. Absolutely, absolutely do not go to this company.
