Pros

Interviewed for a business assistant position

1. The receptionist was very friendly.

2. The atmosphere during the interview was good, and they did not ask any difficult or deliberately tricky questions.

3. A brief overview of the interview process:

There was first an English test (similar to TOEIC) -> a logic test (requiring some thinking) -> an attention-to-detail test (not difficult).

The first interview was conducted by a more senior colleague, who asked about the information on my résumé.

The second interview was conducted by HR and the manager, who also asked about the information on my résumé.

Overall, the interview was fairly pleasant; it was just somewhat long.

Cons

1. The interview was somewhat long because there were many tests to take.

(But it felt like a standard process at a more established company.)

Pros

Idle

Cons

I was previously in BU2 on the 9th floor of ITE Hsinchu.

BU2 was losing money disastrously,

with almost every product line burning through money.

Three months ago, they even laid off more than a dozen people,

and I was one of them.

I'm still working hard to find a job...

Given BU2's dire situation,

you probably won't learn much there either.

What can you do when the products can't be sold and you're so idle that you panic?

If you get an interview, make sure to find out which business unit it is.

If it's BU2, whatever you do, don't go there to die.
