Read the community guidelinesThe salary is very generous
HR is disrespectful and doesn’t listen to people at all
1. Weekend overtime pay is double your full regular wage. (Weekday overtime pay follows the Labor Standards Act.)
Of course, you can also choose compensatory time off instead!
2. Suitable for honing your skills (the work is relatively simple, but not that easygoing XD)
3. There is break time in both the morning and afternoon so you can catch your breath.
4. You can borrow a company vehicle for business trips.
5. Promotions are generally fairly smooth. (So smooth that... there are more people at the supervisor level than engineers + technicians @@. Does that count as an advantage? XD)
6. In addition to the statutory annual leave, there are also 2 days of summer leave. (July–September)
7. Currently, engineers do not need to write reports; they only need to be responsible for production operations on the production line. (Working shoulder to shoulder with the operators.)
1. The machinery is old, and there are a ton of problems.
2. There are no equipment engineers, so when it comes to machinery and equipment-related issues... you’re on your own!
3. The machinery in the production department is basically operated manually, except at the evaporation deposition station, where machines are necessary.
4. The manager who understands the process (Dong Zhi-Cheng??) was transferred away from the production line, so... as an engineer here, you will need to figure things out and grow on your own.
