Pros

Seems like there are none.

Cons

I applied through 104 for a morning-shift position, but only after going to the interview was I told that I would have to work the evening shift two days a week. The reason I applied for the morning shift was precisely because I cannot work evenings. Why then does 104 have separate application pages for morning and evening shifts? I was also told that I would sometimes need to provide support at other stores. Although I can understand that, it was not mentioned at all on 104, which does not leave a good impression.

I also only found out after the interview that NT$2,000 of the salary would not be paid that month, but would instead be accumulated and paid out during the three major holidays. That NT$2,000 could also be deducted based on work attitude (being late or leaving early, frequently receiving customer complaints, unauthorized absences, and so on). Although this is also understandable, it really made me feel deceived.

After starting work, I discovered that there was actually no break time at all. Because the working hours are 8:00–16:00, there is no lunch break—only time to eat. Since we have to take turns eating, I did not dare to eat too slowly. I saw that the more experienced employees took a total of only 15–20 minutes for lunch and using the restroom, so they essentially got no break at all.

In summary: Although this job is not difficult, I feel that this company is not very honest. After working for a few days, the more I thought about it, the more upset I became. I felt like I had been deceived!
