Being a nonprofit is a charitable undertaking. After all, when not everyone has the ability to survive, having a shelter is truly a blessing inherited from one’s ancestors, and the budget also increases year by year.

As for managers, they can resist the temptation of rule by personal authority, master psychology perfectly, and provide suitable work that creates a sense of value in life. Everyone is born equal, avoiding situations in which people become boastful because they are superior to their peers or are discriminated against because they lack ability. Anyone can make mistakes and turn over a new leaf; it is a perfect center of happiness.

Moreover, since it is a nonprofit enterprise, its primary source of economic support is public funds. It is the leading organization in the field of parallel creation, making great contributions to the nation, its people, academia, and the social economy, while still being able to humbly remain silent. It is truly a model.

The center has culture and status and follows the norms of social order. It does not engage in unlawful or transgressive activities, so its seals do not really need to be locked away; simply placing them at the corner or edge of a desk naturally amounts to hiding them.

Most importantly, regarding the use of public funds, it is naturally willing to share, distribute fairly without making excessive demands, and build relationships of mutual trust and well-being.

You receive a salary that is higher than the going rate in southern Taiwan, have substance, and can connect with the international community—what could possibly be wrong with that?

Many things are just like this: people who think they are capable are actually inconsistent in word and deed, and usually do not last long.

Those who only want to show off and do not care about other people’s feelings do not last long because they are disrespectful.

People with low cooperation and a lack of team spirit cannot possibly grasp the bigger picture. Naturally, they have no performance and do not last long.

Those who hold resources but are unwilling to share them are not only difficult to communicate with, but also do not understand interpersonal exchange. Such selfish people naturally do not last long.

The best decision I made while working there was resigning.

After leaving, you’ll blame yourself for ever joining in the first place.

Much more relaxed compared to the industry.

A terrible company. Certain departments often collude with industry players to defraud government programs, then divide the spoils after succeeding. This completely defeats the original purpose of the government’s assistance in upgrading the industry. After working there for a while, I felt quite guilty toward the taxpayers.
