Experience sharing from the Xinzhuang warehouse
The job requires frequently lifting heavy items and standing for long periods. You don't really learn anything; it's simply manual labor.
There are almost no opportunities for raises or career development. The warehouse also has no air conditioning, so it's very cold in winter and very hot in summer.
Overall, it's a job and company with little future.
Part-time administrative assistant; the work is easy and the office environment is good.
Paid the basic hourly wage stipulated by the Labor Standards Act.
Part-time workers are not enrolled in Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance. Although the work environment is uncomplicated, it still requires careful consideration.
If you’re considering joining the Finance and Accounting Department, think twice. The pay is very low—new hires take home less than 30K, even if they’ve worked at one of the Big Four. There is no overtime pay, but there is so much work that you’ll inevitably work overtime every day. Your salary will not be adjusted unless you get promoted, but you have to endure it if you want to stick it out.
