The environment looks pretty good.
Open-plan workspace.
For the days marked in red, you get those days off; I heard you can leave work on time.
1. There is not really any training. The other party believes that, because this is outsourced customer service, there are many complicated things to learn, so they only explain part of it at first and introduce the next part after you become familiar with it.
2. I don’t know whether this is an outsourced customer service center. During the interview, they only explained the major areas that would be handled, and when I asked about details, they glossed over them. Although the interviewer repeatedly asked whether I had any other questions, honestly, it was impossible to understand the details of the work. Maybe they only explain them after you are accepted?
3. The night-shift customer service ends at midnight, but the salary is only 27K, and no allowances were mentioned.
4. You cannot arrange your own days off. However, they said that if you have a specific matter, you need to apply and inform them in advance. If many people need the same day off, you have to coordinate among yourselves, which is not very convenient.
