When the business can’t get off the ground, he lays off the entire staff, claiming every employee is unsuitable. What a pathetic and laughable boss—he always has his own bizarre logic, xoxo!
The boss can fire you whenever they’re unhappy. In the more than two years the company has been operating, it has gone through nearly 20 managers—almost all of whom were let go within one or three months. The reason given was that the company was operating at a loss and couldn’t afford their salaries. It makes absolutely no sense.
They apparently expect someone to make the company profitable within one to three months. They only want to achieve success overnight and refuse to make improvements step by step.
The dormitory provided by the company is also terrible. Even if you’re the CEO, the company will only let you stay in a student studio that costs around NT$4,000–5,000 per month. Absolutely awful!!!
I strongly advise against considering this company—honestly, I’m not kidding!
