At least there are meals provided.
There is internal surveillance at the company; the main issue is that the boss has too much free time and likes to watch…
There is no system or structure to speak of; employees are treated as disposable.

Today, I happened to be talking with a friend about the worst company either of us has ever worked for, and this one immediately came to mind. I have to share this.
This is a company in an extremely traditional industry. Rotating toilet-cleaning duties, surveillance cameras, screen monitoring, eavesdropping, and all sorts of similar prison-style management practices are all present here. There are even business managers who act as the boss’s informants, frequently using information about their subordinates to curry favor with the boss. On top of that, there’s the uncultured, shallow xxx. The only entertainment is posting reviews of the company online, then summoning all employees for interviews, resulting in an alarmingly high turnover rate. Incidents of entire departments being wiped out happen one after another, because xxx is so petty. That’s all just something I dreamed about, of course! Anyone who wants to join can fend for themselves.
