Read the community guidelinesThe company is located in a remote area deep in the mountains; the only advantage is convenient parking.
When I asked why the company was hiring for this position, the department head said it was because they were understaffed (due to resignations), so they needed to hire someone. They hoped the person who joined would be able to create SPCs, machine parameter records, wiring diagrams, and so on. However, these documents should have already been provided by the vendors and construction contractors when the plant was built. Why does such a large company still have none of this documentation after so long? And why have all the employees left? It feels strange.
The supervisor expects the person who joins to have every possible license and be able to do everything. The work is also very miscellaneous, and the company's salary and benefits are quite poor. The only advantage is convenient parking. In the end, I didn't even interview with HR.
