Those who prioritize money and do not need dignity can give it a try.
One supervisor’s interest may, in my personal speculation, be insulting employees.
P.S. The above is purely my personal experience while employed.

I interviewed for a graphic designer position, and the interviewer was a man who said he was a photographer.
When I asked about the job responsibilities, the interviewer did not clearly explain them. He did say that the graphic designer only needed to do graphic design and would not need to do photography.
However, when introducing my portfolio, the interviewer repeatedly criticized the photography works in it, saying:
“How come the photos weren’t lit? You need to use lighting! What brand of camera do you use? What model? Your photography isn’t good enough! What photo-editing software do you use? I use Lightroom—why do you use Photoshop?”
(I told him that I could use both photo-editing programs, but would use Photoshop for detailed retouching. He was dissatisfied with this answer.)
The interviewer’s tone was also very unfriendly, giving me the impression that he looked down on the interviewee.
I told the interviewer that graphic design was my primary skill, so I was not highly specialized in photography. My previous company had also not provided lighting equipment, but he did not seem satisfied with this answer either.
I asked him why he was asking so many photography-related questions when photography was not required for the position I was applying for.
He said that knowing photography was a bonus, knowing how to use lighting was an additional bonus, and being able to build websites was another bonus (but even with these bonuses, the starting salary was the same).
He also asked what website I used to create my online portfolio and asked me to tell him the website’s name.
From beginning to end, I was applying for a graphic designer position, yet he did not look at my design work at all. He did not explain the responsibilities of the graphic design position, and only asked about the photography and website-related things he wanted to know!
I also don’t understand why the interviewer told me that he took all the photographs for the entire group—was he trying to show off? Overall, after the interview, I felt that this team would not be easy to work with.
He also asked what I was pursuing in my career. He felt that I had changed jobs frequently and seemed unable to stay long at any of them.
(But I have only had two jobs, and I worked at each for one or two years...)
His attitude felt very condescending... @@
At the end of the interview, he said he would discuss it with another graphic designer and get back to me. Later, I was ghosted....

The interviewer was very unfriendly. When asked what the job duties generally involved,
he only replied: “That’s just how it is.”
And that was it...
Then he kept nitpicking and criticizing the interviewee, saying what was wrong, and started showing off...
