Read the community guidelinesA trading company that can pass itself off as a large corporation~
It can put on an impressive appearance by leveraging Formosa Plastics and Nike~
The actual job duties are completely different from what was described in the interview. The supervisor and the manager in charge of the sales team do nothing but constantly recruit new people and dump work on them. Before I had even been employed for a week, the workload they assigned was simply impossible to complete, while the supervisor and manager left work promptly and early.
New business and a new company name often come into Formosa Plastics, and then the cycle repeats over and over again~ The newcomers are all like clueless little white rabbits! There is a new face every time; at least 4–5 people can be replaced in a year.
You just have to keep putting on an act, especially Vice President Lunhua, who spends all day at Formosa Plastics crying and fussing like a child, and is not doing business at all—like a child throwing a tantrum because they cannot get soup to eat!

It’s the same company!! Be sure to check both sides!
You get to meet many colleagues who inexplicably dislike the company, and then complain together about how shameless the managers are~
Even if a capable employee joins, they will be sacrificed by the vice president who has been there for N years. You are brought in just to take the blame for him in front of the boss, and then they casually find a reason to say you lack ability and dismiss you. The manager has absolutely no management skills, only repeatedly hiring and firing people. The boss is also so foolish that they don't even realize the company is almost being brought down by their own vice president~~
