The boss is nice and gives employees a great deal of freedom, so the work isn’t restrictive.
Cons
The internal organization is chaotic. Due to recent staffing shortages, the company has hired employees who are less capable and lack self-discipline, while several capable employees have left.
The company is so noisy that it has seriously affected work. The designated working hours are effectively ignored, with employees sleeping until the afternoon before coming to work, seriously affecting overall efficiency.
