Pros
Colleagues are easy to get along with, and you can ask them about any problems.
Cons
Taking sick leave, menstrual leave, or personal leave will all affect your year-end bonus.
There is an “incentive bonus,” but basically, you can see it but never get it. (Don’t even think about it.)
In recent years, some employees’ year-end bonuses have inexplicably been cut in half by the boss (even if their KPI performance was good or they had worked there for a long time).
