Pros
The HR representative and interviewer were both very professional, and the interview process was smooth. Their questions did not go beyond the scope of the position, and the training and development plans discussed for after joining the company were also very reasonable.
Cons
The company likes to ask for detailed information about your past, including your salary at your previous job. HR also explicitly stated that they would require an income tax withholding statement.
This is a major drawback.
