1. In the Machine department, the team leader arbitrarily shortens the schedule, and when employees raise the issue, upper management is unable to resolve it.
2. The company’s second-in-command, Mr. S, is very poor at managing the production line and not much better at managing the warehouse. As far as the production line is concerned, all he cares about is getting machines out; he does not care about anything else or whether you live or die.
3. Within the company, HR discriminates based on whether or not you speak English!
4. In the Design department, when there are problems with equipment, it is often impossible to get anyone to respond. When equipment incidents occur, on-site personnel are held responsible and must also identify where the problem is.
5. The Quality Control department’s work is terrible; whenever something goes wrong, they blame the vendors. They are understaffed and do not perform inspections.
6. An unreasonable supervisor can justifiably cut your working hours, shorten your schedule, and block overtime.
