Employees still have to pay for parking
1. The HR representative and interviewer respect job applicants. At the very least, they will pour you a glass of water, and they answer every question. Applicants are advised to ask clearly about salary and benefits; the interviewer will give you a range.
2. I heard the bonuses are pretty good.
1. The work environment on the tarmac is quite terrible; cigarettes, alcohol, and betel nuts are almost everywhere... (The work discipline is incomprehensible.)
2. Most people do not like training newcomers. They may harshly berate you or ignore you, then tell you to go help on the side. The people there, seeing that you do not know how to do it, do not want to teach you either, and tell you to go somewhere else... (like kicking a soccer ball around) until you meet a kind person willing to train you...
3. You have to coordinate with aircraft takeoff and landing times, so the working hours may change. The company operates year-round, and supervisors arrange the days off.
