I originally thought my colleagues were very nice, but later discovered that they all stab you in the back.
Long working hours, managers love to manipulate and pressure employees, there is no camaraderie among colleagues, and overtime is unpaid and considered expected. Even after working yourself to exhaustion every day, they still complain that it is not enough. I cannot think of a single advantage worth praising!
