During the interview, HR offered a very low salary, which made me not want to join.
I am currently earning 55k as an R&D engineer in the same industry. How many years would it take to get a raise to 55k at this company?
None
Low salary. For the same position, another company offered NT$6,000 more in pay, plus two additional months of year-end bonus.

A company that offers the lowest possible salary during interviews is very disrespectful.
The salary is already low enough, yet they also expect employees to work unpaid overtime.

A few years ago, I went for an interview and filled out a lot of information at the time. The person who came to meet me said that the hiring manager was away on a business trip, so they would interview me first. They asked questions for about an hour. There was no follow-up afterward.
The company environment looked a bit dirty. The meeting room floor even felt like the inside of a shipping container or the back of a truck.
Can leave work on time
A company with no core values. Managers are very much caught up in their own worlds, and the direction of decisions and projects changes from day to day. Employees are treated as disposable chopsticks (some departments have particularly high turnover). Many things have no guidelines, and there are many gray areas. Colleagues and managers also will not advise you on how you could handle things; they only criticize endlessly without properly resolving the issues. They create a complete mess and then use you as a scapegoat. The team does not function like a team. To avoid trouble, colleagues will only stand by and watch coldly.
There are really a lot of cockroaches in the environment. They often appear on desks in the office, and seeing one while eating lunch instantly ruins your appetite.
Summary: There is no teamwork or camaraderie among colleagues. Long-term employees have rigid mindsets and are unwilling to try new approaches. The systems are inadequate, and the management has extremely strong subjective biases. To anyone considering joining, all I can say is that you need to have an exceptionally strong mentality and be an assertive person as well (the managers tend to bully the kind and fear the tough).
You can leave work on time.
Oddball colleagues with strange tempers and senior managers who live in their own worlds
They do not pay attention to employees’ individual career development; employees are just disposable chopsticks
Many of the old-timers are generally unwilling to try new approaches or understand them
There is a lot of office politics, and senior management absolutely loves flatterers
The office environment is dirty and messy; once, I saw a cockroach on the desk halfway through lunch
The supervisor arbitrarily berates people; staff come and go, and the turnover rate is high. I strongly do not recommend working here.
