The company environment is poor, with absolutely no opportunities to learn or grow. One department has excessive authority and pressures everyone else to comply. Responsibilities are unevenly distributed, and employees are frequently required to support on-site operations. In addition to their regular duties, they are burdened with a large amount of trivial work, making it impossible to focus on their own responsibilities. A certain executive is incompetent and, afraid of being reprimanded by the boss, frequently covers up the facts instead of managing effectively. Value your life—stay away from this company.
