If you're lucky, you’ll get along well with your colleagues.
The company culture is rather old-fashioned.

The environment is beautiful
First, let me share my thoughts: it was a terrible interview.
First of all, I had already stated on the phone that I needed a computer to present my portfolio, but for various reasons there wasn't one available when I arrived, and the interviewer was unaware of this (?
The interviewer claimed that the work was very simple—just changing images in a template—and the job listing made this very clear, but that was simply not the case. From the conversation, it was obvious that they knew nothing about websites. Everything was supposedly very simple, and they had a very arrogant attitude.
When I asked about the staffing arrangement for the people responsible for the company's website, I was harshly reprimanded: “Do you know how much it costs a company to support an engineer?”
Punctual working hours
The air conditioning isn’t cool enough
When I had just joined the company and was handing over with the previous employee, I was notified after only two days that I was being fired. The previous employee taught me extremely quickly, as if they wanted to be relieved as soon as possible, but then told the boss that I wasn’t picking things up. I don’t know whether anyone could get the hang of it in two days. Extremely demanding, and the colleagues were not friendly at all!
The quality of the supervisors needs improvement; they tend to mix in personal emotions. Promotion and salary-increase channels are not transparent, and the turnover rate is somewhat high. It is suitable for obedient employees who do not make trouble, follow instructions, and have no ambition.
