Read the community guidelinesThe location is fairly convenient for transportation
There’s a niko and downstairs
Before the interview, they asked me to do a trial BN assignment
Then I was interviewed by two supervisors
They asked questions such as why I wanted to leave my job
Finally, when they asked about my desired salary
I gave an amount a few thousand higher than the job listing
Then, judging by their expressions, I knew it was probably hopeless XD
The personnel budget is very low
The interview process with the department manager was pleasant.
The office is located in the East District, with convenient transportation, and is clean and bright.
The overtime situation is acceptable. Compensatory leave is provided, but there is no overtime pay.
After the first interview, I received a notification from HR about the time for the second interview. Since I was unavailable at the time proposed by HR, I suggested another date. HR said they would confirm with the manager and notify me, but I never heard back. I called to ask, but HR happened to be in a meeting. The woman who answered the phone said she would pass along the message. I also sent an inquiry through 104, but received no reply. It was not until the morning of the date I had suggested that I received a rejection email saying they had found someone else. That would have been fine, but that afternoon I received another call from the company??? Unfortunately, I missed it, so I have no idea what they wanted to discuss.
Afterward, I noticed that the job posting was still there?? I really cannot understand this kind of work efficiency??
