Sunworld Dynasty Hotel (Little Sunworld).
Do not join under any circumstances. There is severe internal conflict.
Especially one particular manager, who takes advantage of people and plays mind games. They may ask new employees to buy cigarettes without reimbursing them, require unpaid overtime, and even ask you to go to the company for meetings (work) on your days off, then say: “This is a learning opportunity for you.”
They only talk a lot of nonsense and paint grand pictures for people, but you get nothing out of it.
When there is blame to take, they make subordinates shoulder it. For difficult work, they pass the responsibility back and forth, issue threats and warnings at the slightest thing, and engage in all sorts of petty tactics.
When working at Little Sunworld, do not open up to those people at work; they will bad-mouth you behind your back.
1 If you treat the interview as a trip, it really feels great, because the environment and facilities are very high-end, and the interviewers are also dressed very neatly.
2 The female interviewer I met could speak Japanese. At the time, she honestly told me that she advised me not to join, because examples included people having to go to a client’s place to kneel and apologize. I felt that this kind of interview was meaningful, because I had interviewed with many companies before and they were all dishonest. No one had ever told me what they really thought in private like this, so I could avoid some trouble.
Why would anyone have to specifically go to a client’s place to kneel and apologize? That’s far too humiliating and undignified.

Requires extremely strong stress tolerance
Strict seniority system (Japanese company)
I interviewed for the Japanese-speaking concierge position. The interviewer was a retired Japanese flight attendant whose English was quite fluent. Her questions were also very sharp and even harsh, so be mentally prepared. However, I feel that this job requires strong stress tolerance. Although I was practically scared to death during the interview, I should be able to learn a lot working alongside a supervisor like that.
