1. The company does not provide computer equipment; you have to bring your own computer.
2. Even if you diligently complete the reimbursement process for expenses you paid upfront, they will still delay reimbursement for more than two months because the people responsible for managing money and accounts are both part-time employees.
3. Frequent overtime without overtime pay. The company has absolutely no understanding of the Labor Standards Act. Meetings are also completely purposeless and extremely inefficient. Most importantly, everyone will forget everything by the following week and start over again, which is an enormous waste of time.
4. The project has no clients and no prospects for future development.
5. After you resign, they will try to withhold part of your salary.

The general manager will shift the blame for mistakes onto you.
There is no dedicated PM; the general manager doubles as the PM, but this does not achieve any of the effects expected of a PM.

They don't respect job seekers very much. The fact that someone is willing to come interview at your small company is already doing you a favor. They want to hire immediately effective talent at a cheap price, so if your expected salary is above 40,000, I advise you not to waste your time interviewing.
If you stay for a long time, you can get to know a bunch of new engineers.
Outsourcing fees are not paid on time.
A small contract-work company with web/iOS/Android projects. During the interview, the manager said the company has no overtime culture. The individual workspaces are fairly spacious, and since the company is not on a high floor, there is no need to wait for the elevator when arriving at work.
The office area is somewhat cluttered. There is no server room, and the server rack is placed directly in the office area, so you have to listen to the server noise while writing code. There is also one more important point... the salary they are willing to offer is really not very good...
