Read the community guidelinesThe interview was simple and not in-depth, so it was very easy to get hired.
The interviewer focused on investigating my family background and did not ask anything about professional knowledge. The interview process was uncomfortable: they even asked how many siblings I have and where they went to school, which was truly baffling. They also asked about my parents’ occupations. When they heard that my family background was ordinary, their expression immediately changed, which was extremely speechless and uncomfortable.
The office has air conditioning
The environment is fairly clean
The senior employee is very harsh and lacks emotional intelligence. They like to generalize from isolated incidents and cling to even the smallest issues, often standing behind you and suspecting that you are slacking off. Even when they misunderstand you, they will not apologize; whenever something goes wrong, they say it is the new employee’s fault. The people above only listen to this senior employee and will not hear out the new employee’s explanation. Even if you are highly capable and work too quickly, you may still be criticized. Turnover is very high, so think carefully before coming to work here.
The office has air conditioning
People in higher positions tend to judge others based on preconceived notions. They may take one small matter to mean that you do everything else poorly. There have also been instances where someone misunderstood the situation, berated you for something they thought you had done wrong, and then pretended nothing had happened after realizing they were mistaken. Sometimes, whenever a mistake is made, it is assumed to be the new employee’s fault, resulting in them being misunderstood for no reason.
The work environment is dull, and senior employees are relatively fierce.
