The environment is okay
The interviewer from a certain department was late and had an attitude as if they were trying to make things difficult. They found a bunch of excuses to humiliate people and waste time, while also claiming to have high standards. With a salary like this, people would usually just treat you as interview practice, okay?
The factory environment is good, and the Chinese meals are tasty.
The starting salary for OP-type jobs is extremely low! They use performance bonuses to pressure you.
Getting a raise is impossible~ I’ve worked here for 4 years and haven’t received one!
