A free-spirited atmosphere
This is the biggest problem with the company.
There is no system, tons of meetings, and an endless amount of work, yet you still aren't sure what you're doing.
The battery assembly production line has been under development for two years with little progress, and a considerable amount of money has been wasted.
In retrospect, the plans for expanding the plant seem unclear. The boss gives the orders, but you have to bear the actual responsibility yourself.
With equipment costing millions, a production line with an uncertain future, whether the experimental data is correct, and whether anyone understands the new equipment—no one here dares to guarantee anything, or rather, everyone is completely confused.
It's clearly a major problem, but the people here seem to treat it as perfectly ordinary. They talk a lot of theory, and even when it is implemented, regardless of success or failure, they consider it a successful solution.
The company is planning to expand into new products and has also built a new plant in Zhongli. Anyone joining should be prepared to share both hardships and successes and to accept a responsibility-based work system. If you do not have relevant industry experience or at least five years of experience, I advise everyone to think carefully~~~
