Read the community guidelines1. The manager is a really nice person, and the rapport among colleagues is great. The manager strives for excellence, and colleagues encourage one another. Everyone works together to solve any difficulties.
2. Work starts and ends on time, and overtime is uncommon. Overtime must be explained in advance, and the manager fills out the application form, so the company culture does not encourage overtime.
3. The boss speaks Japanese and is kind, but he will nag employees about improperly disposing of trash or missing the toilet (in the men’s restroom). He personally picks up litter near the elevators, so he is quite amusing and will proactively chat with you.
... Actually, there aren’t really any disadvantages. The colleagues are great and the equipment is good. The only drawback is that the exterior of the building is a bit old-fashioned XD
