Read the community guidelinesHR is very responsible and serves as the main communication bridge.
1. Company size: A small company with around 20 employees. There are not many members, and the organization is relatively flat.
2. Office environment: Located in a relatively old building. Although the interior has been renovated, the overall atmosphere feels fairly simple.
3. Air-conditioning issues: The air conditioning is relatively weak, so it can feel rather stuffy in summer. Even with fans for assistance, it still feels somewhat insufficient, which may affect comfort during long hours of work.
4. Colleague interaction: There is relatively little interaction among colleagues, and the work atmosphere is rather quiet. Everyone focuses on their own tasks, and most people leave quickly once the workday ends.
5. Management style: The boss is a person with very strong ideas and a high level of confidence in their own principles and methods. Decision-making is concentrated under the boss’s personal direction.
6. Communication style: Although employees are encouraged to share ideas and suggestions, supervisors tend to insist on their own opinions in actual discussions. Employee input may not be readily adopted, so a high level of emotional resilience and communication skills is required.
