A manager in one department bullies newcomers. When documents go missing, they say the newcomer lost them. When they cannot finish their own work, they also make the newcomer take it home to complete over the weekend. As long as the boss believes the manager, nothing else matters.

The supervisor will proactively learn about your past experience over the phone.
They ask exhaustive questions about every issue, asking how you divide up the work and how you carry it out. By the end, I suspected they only wanted to reference someone else’s approach. After asking questions for an hour, they told HR, “I’m done asking that person,” and hung up the phone without mentioning a single word about the job responsibilities. They showed absolutely no respect for the interviewee. A reminder: if you are not actually looking to hire someone, please don’t invite people to waste their time.

There may be two interviews.
During the first, the manager will actively learn about your past experience through a video call or by phone.
During the second, the manager will ask you to come to the company for an interview with other employees. Please note that the manager will conduct a stress test at this stage,
repeatedly looking for flaws in and questioning you about your past work experience, pressing you intensely. During this question-and-answer process, you may feel disrespected.
Finally, they will tell you: “Well... because you don’t have relevant experience, the salary may be somewhat lower...”
But they will not tell you how much the salary is.
