The company is very good at criticizing things after the fact. The salary is mediocre (starting at 26,000). On average, you work two extra days a week, although overtime pay is provided. The work is hazardous (climbing utility poles). As for promotions, don't take what the company says too seriously. If you're going to do this kind of work, you might as well work at a construction site, where you can learn a skilled trade and make more money.
