Read the community guidelinesAs with the previous reviews, the colleagues are easy to get along with.
Suitable for those who just want to coast until retirement.
Blood ties and personal connections are valued, so it is better to get in through a referral.
There are no benefits—only the minimum required by the Labor Standards Act.
There is no system, so there are no opportunities for promotion or growth.
There is an information imbalance, and supervisors only shirk work and responsibility.
As with the previous reviews, you can feel that the people there are very friendly when you go for an interview.
The interview time was changed again and again. I had already encountered this situation during the first interview, and it was even worse when scheduling the second interview the following week (the time on the same day was changed from morning to afternoon four times, and in the end, when I asked, it was still postponed to the following week). Moreover, the requests were made in a tone that showed no embarrassment or apology, further demonstrating that they do not really respect other people’s time.
The interview process was disorganized. The HR representative mentioned during the phone call and in the interview invitation email sent afterward that I would be interviewing with the CEO, and asked me to read more reports and watch videos related to the CEO. However, when I arrived for the interview, it was not with the CEO. After the interview, I confirmed with the interviewer whether there would be a second interview, and they replied that I only needed to submit their assigned task and that there would be no second interview. Nevertheless, I still received a notification for a second interview. This time, HR said it would be with another manager, and then within 24 hours, I was asked four times to change the interview time.
So I canceled the second interview.
All of my colleagues are good people
I once dreamed that
The starting salary here is lower than the market rate
Company policies are not implemented, communication between management and employees is poor, and information is asymmetrical
The boss is quick-tempered and indecisive, causing plans to be delayed indefinitely, indirectly affecting overall revenue and resulting in continued sluggish performance
Meals are provided, the colleagues are very nice,
there are some international customers
They are unwilling to pay a proper salary,
The company is inefficient,
The boss is irritable.
Colleagues are very easy to get along with
The boss is as fickle as a woman's heart, scaring away a bunch of talented people and unable to retain staff. What a pity!
