Read the community guidelinesExtremely traditional industry—the boss has the final say.
Employees are all expected to work overtime. If you don’t, you’ll be badgered and warned. They’ll deliberately use words to imply that someone is complaining about you always leaving on time. In the end, it seems that the supervisors just say whatever they want.
The supervisors are really incompetent. If newcomers want to build up their skills, there’s nothing to learn here. Capable people who come here will be dragged down.
If you like rigorous training, you can join us~
For a full two months, you'll be tested every day. After training, when you return to your position, they still won't let you review—you'll be asked to complete tasks assigned by the company!
Reviewing is something you're supposed to do on your own time after work!!
The company uses GPS tracking on its phones. When you arrive at a customer's location, you have to clock in~ and clock in again when you leave. After returning to the company, you also have to clock in again to repeat the times of these trips in and out. I really don't know what the point of the phone's GPS tracking is. In short, there are tons of pointless, redundant procedures!!
