Read the community guidelinesThere are hardly any advantages to speak of.
1. The supervisor is an amateur giving instructions to professionals; no matter how much you do for the company, it is useless. As long as you are more capable than the supervisor, you will be dismissed before long.
2. When asking you to devote yourself to meeting a rush deadline, they put on one face; after you have contributed your effort and completed the rush work, they show another face. The extent of this change is truly disheartening.
3. Even if you work around the clock to meet a rush deadline for the company, and the work happens to be completed just before a consecutive holiday, the company will still dismiss you without warning before the holiday in order to save the cost of paying wages for the holiday period. I really do not know whether this counts as biting the hand that feeds you.
