They were still asking whether I could write using the existing ASP.NET architecture. It wasn’t even listed as ASP.NET in the skills section of my résumé. Do you not know how to read someone’s résumé, or are you just bringing people in to inflate your performance?

Making the interviewee wait for two hours—is other people’s time something you can just waste like that??

The boss has a good attitude, and the colleagues are generally nice.

There is no overtime pay, but compensatory leave is provided (although many people do not apply for it). The year-end bonus depends on the company’s operating performance. There are no gifts or cash bonuses for the Mid-Autumn Festival or Dragon Boat Festival (gifts must be paid for out of pocket).

Some colleagues seem to be in a pre-retirement state and lack motivation. Some colleagues are very kind and enthusiastic, but after staff cuts, they have taken on multiple roles and have a lot of work. Some franchise business personnel are unfriendly toward the management unit (this applies to most, but not all, of them).
