Throughout the interview, they were difficult at every turn and asked questions unrelated to the position just to waste time. Only at the end did they say that the supervisor was away on a business trip and that I might be asked to come back for another interview if necessary. This was very disrespectful to the interviewee, and there was no opportunity at all to ask about the relevant salary and benefits.
No shift work
Engineers have a base salary of 24K, with the rest padded under the guise of allowances to reach around 34K. There are no benefits and no labor insurance. The extremely low base salary affects your future pension, accident insurance compensation, overtime pay, salary adjustments, and year-end bonus (all calculated based on the base salary). Needless to say, operators have it even worse. The company’s operations are quite bleak.
