Pros
I applied for a procurement position. The conversation was quite pleasant, and they were very accepting of newcomers without experience, but you need to demonstrate initiative and a strong desire to learn.
Cons
They had already reviewed my résumé and knew I was an interviewee without relevant experience, yet during the interview they asked me to answer professional questions about experience related to the position. Naturally, there was no way for me to answer.
