Cons
There is a lot of infighting and many factions within the greige fabric factory; you have to force yourself to endure in order to survive.
The finished-goods factory is bullied by the greige fabric factory. Although the senior manager is highly favored by the chairman,
most of the management does not actually do any work—they just drink coffee and chat with the management and information departments.
There is an overwhelming amount of work.
