Pros
The architect couple are very kind. Previously, they mainly worked on private residential projects, but now they have more public housing projects. The architects have a thorough understanding of regulations and construction practices. Although they are somewhat older, their thinking is still quite up to date. Overtime pay follows the Labor Standards Act, and there are many places to eat nearby.
Cons
I did not join, so I’m not sure.
