Pros

The colleagues are all nice.

Cons

The company really likes taking advantage of its employees.

Salaries are paid differently in long and short months. Perfect-attendance employees are given a 1,000 bonus, but in reality, that 1,000 is not a perfect-attendance bonus.

The agreed salary (assuming it is 28,000) is calculated in a short month as 27,000 (base salary) + 1,000 (perfect-attendance bonus). If you are late once, 500 is deducted.

February goes without saying: the salary is directly reduced to 27,000, with three days deducted.

Not only are salaries frozen, but the performance bonuses mentioned during the interview were also completely canceled.

During the three-month probation period, 3,000 is first deducted from the salary. After the three-month period ends, they call you in and say that because salaries are frozen, they cannot give you a raise.

Every week, you have to clean the area you are responsible for. Twice a month, you serve as the person on duty, which involves getting newspapers and taking out the trash and food waste.

If you forget to do it, points are deducted. Deducted points affect your performance evaluation; I heard this is used as the basis for the year-end bonus.

The highest-ranking male supervisor is extremely, extremely particular about money and loves making sarcastic remarks about people.

The female supervisor is very nagging; every two or three days, you can hear her grumbling about employees.

Job responsibilities are completely unclear. You have to do everything. You apply for position A, but after joining, it turns out to be something else entirely.

Even being assigned three roles at once is considered relatively easy.

The company has many veteran employees who have been there for over ten years, so the positions have long been occupied.

There are no raises now either.

For young people, this is not a company where you can stay long-term—not even the experience is worth gaining here.

Pros

The salary is only at the bottom end for traditional industries, and the benefits are basically laughable; the work involves a mix of major and minor tasks, making it difficult to learn anything; there is an age gap among the employees—either they are very old or have only recently entered the workforce;
