Long working hours, a heavy workload, compensation below market rates, and high turnover create a vicious cycle of perpetual understaffing.
The advantage is that you can provide teaching guidance.
Working 10 hours a day is truly grueling and exploits your labor. Every so often, they tell you to go in early in the morning for early promotion. Overtime is unpaid; you can only make up the hours by taking time off, but getting leave is harder than reaching the heavens. You don't even have time to eat during the entire workday because the schedule is planned to the minute, with work assigned for every time slot. On top of that, the head teacher is quite difficult, dumping their own work on subordinates and taking credit. The supervisors are terrible and the working hours exploitative. I urge anyone considering working there to think twice. In short, as someone who used to work there, I'm writing out the entire situation for everyone's reference.
