The company is rife with infighting from the lowest levels to senior management. Everyone spends all day fighting, making it impossible to get work done properly. People who know how to do their jobs are ostracized. The bosses like putting nonprofessionals in charge of professionals. There are also senior executives who bluff, do no work, and shift the blame to subordinates whenever something goes wrong. The entire company, from top to bottom, is consumed by infighting. The bad drives out the good, leaving only useless people who do nothing but talk and pass the buck. Capable people are inevitably ostracized, and those who work seriously are bound to be forced out. At this company, as long as you know how to talk and the boss likes you, you can get by—even if you are utterly incompetent. In other words, if the boss does not like you, no matter how hard you work, you will never be recognized. There is no future.

This publicly listed company contacted me for an interview even though I had not submitted an application, and then rejected me on the grounds that my expected salary was too high. It wasted my time. Didn't the company review my salary expectations before inviting me to an interview? Later, I looked into it and found that the compensation offered by this company was generally low, and its workplace had a strong, greasy industrial smell.
