住華科技股份有限公司
Pros

Appears to be a Japanese company

Cons

1. In reality, it is managed like a Taiwanese company

2. Severe internal factional infighting (During the interview, I was asked how I would handle factional conflicts. I said that harmony should be valued, but was still ridiculed.)

3. Likes to make grand promises and put on a show despite lacking the substance to back them up; as a result, its operating condition is going from bad to worse (A quick look at the financial news will tell you as much.)

Interview position: rotating-shift equipment role in Central Taiwan Science Park

1. The interview took place at the Central Taiwan Science Park Administration Bureau Employment Service Station, where private interview conversations could all be overheard. I was really not used to it.

2. The HR representative often spaced out while thinking about what questions to ask me. I don't know whether they were unprepared.

3. After the interviewer changed, toward the end of the interview, when they heard that I couldn't be stationed in mainland China on a long-term assignment, they immediately said, "OK, if you are selected, we will notify you again. Thank you."

心得: A lousy company that even has to station employees at AUO; I already feel that this company has little future.

(Nanke Plant)

1. The HR interviewer’s attitude was extremely rude. I was harshly criticized simply because I did not want to disclose my parents’ and siblings’ occupations → What does what my parents do have to do with me looking for a job??

2. The interview consisted of the HR representative handing me a form to fill out and then disappearing for a very, very long time, leaving me waiting there the whole time.

3. A friend drove me there. As soon as we arrived at the entrance and my friend was about to let me out, the security guard immediately told them to drive away. Afterward, my friend stopped by the roadside outside the factory wall (some distance from the entrance) and was immediately driven away by the security guard again. My friend was so angry~~ I almost lost a friend over an interview.

4. They did not contact me about the job. Then, a year later, the position was still listed on 104. I have no idea what was going on???
