Read the community guidelinesWhen I went for the interview, I had to exchange my ID for a visitor pass to go up to the 8th floor. At first, the receptionist gave me a form with basic information to fill out; afterward, the interview was conducted directly by the owner. This provided an opportunity to understand the company’s prospects and current situation, while also confirming details such as the salary and start date.
The workplace is in Neihu District. There is no MRT station nearby, but there are plenty of parking spaces. The company moved to a new office last year, and the overall environment is quite good so far.
There is a snack cabinet, and the owner treats employees to lunch once a month and afternoon tea once a month. (It seems these used to be group meals, but were adjusted because of the pandemic.)
The owner is relatively open to communication. Although small and medium-sized businesses tend to place more emphasis on cost awareness, topics can generally be discussed openly.
The onboarding system is rather basic, so you may need to ask proactively to learn the details of certain matters and the application procedures.
