Read the community guidelines1. Extremely flexible working hours: start as late as 10 a.m. and leave as early as 4 p.m. As long as you work 8 hours, it's fine—great for older employees who can clock in after 7 and still go to the market next door to buy groceries!
2. Some departments allow WFH because there aren't enough seats after the office lease was terminated.
3. As long as you pay a small club fee, you can use club resources for subsidies for individual fitness or sports competitions. Organizing group workouts during working hours is part of the legal daily routine.
4. In the early years, they were very selective about schools! In recent years, they have accepted graduates from vocational high schools and diploma mills, and even taken back people who couldn't make it outside and returned to the company.
1. The financial situation is terrible, and delayed salary payments are habitual.
2. You need a doctor's certificate to take sick leave, and documentation to take leave for family matters. However, overtime requires no proof, and you still have to log into the system and select a reason.
3. Women shouldn't peel fruit in the pantry and share it with male colleagues… Men shouldn't chat with pretty women from other companies on the same floor either… If the princess sees you, you'll be blacklisted! Very important!!
