Pros
Standard practice is rule by one person; factional struggles among the various groups are severe. There are even cases where the entire company fights among itself—it’s frightening and extremely sinister.
This is the biggest advantage, provided that you are also very good at fighting internal battles.
Cons
The advantage is that you can’t find any advantages.
