Pros
Operator; the interview process was good. There was a test with detailed explanations, and anything I didn’t understand was answered until I fully understood. Kind.
Cons
Operator; the starting salary is relatively low. The 4-on, 2-off schedule requires making up the basic 40 working hours in a single week, and it is more difficult to work overtime on days off (the overtime hours can easily exceed the limit). Overtime pay on days off is 1.34 times the regular rate, so this is more suitable for people without significant financial pressure.
